Course Description:
This training aims to broaden the state's understanding of ACE’s and their impact on young children, their families, and the field of early childhood education. The 101-Level ACE Institute Training for Child Care Providers and Educators is the first training in a series designed to broaden the awareness of the effects of ACE’s on children. This is the foundational training in which providers will learn the basic brain science surrounding the ACE’s research. In later training, providers will apply this knowledge and gain practical strategies for trauma informed practice in early childhood education and care.
